Property Monitoring Services

We know that you cannot always be at your cottage. Our routine property monitoring checks are to give our clients peace of mind while they are away. Each visit will include a perimeter walk, checking for signs of intruders/ burglars. Interior checks to ensure no plumbing leaks, electrical problems & animal infestations. We will notify our clients with pictures before performing required repairs. Pictures can be provided via email regularly.

Storm Watch

This is a free service provided for contract clients. If there is a heavy storm, high winds, ice & snow. A property visit is done to ensure property and buildings are safe and secure from the elements.

Winter Services

Full winter services for cottagers, let us have your cottage ready for your arrival. Includes snow removal of driveways and paths to doors, roof snow removal, deck shoveling. Dock and boathouse bubbler service and maintenance. Can also provide service to have heat adjusted for your arrival.

Spring and Fall Clean-ups

Total Cottage Coverage prepares your cottage for your first arrival, with your property and cottage cleaned throughout and in the fall we prepare your cottage property for the upcoming winter.

Eaves trough Cleaning

Do you have many leaves on your property? It is a good practice to have your eaves troughs cleaned throughly each year for them to function properly and prevent any buildups that can result in flooding or damage.

Supervision of other trades

Do you have any projects being done while you are not in Muskoka? I can be a key holder to let contractors in and can relay information, video or digital pictures back to cottage owner for them to monitor progress and make sure projects are completed on time.

Odd Projects

Any odd projects around the cottage you need done, just ask as I can take care of almost anything for cottage owners, if I cannot myself I have a wide network of contractors that I work closely with. Anything from decks, docks to staining are all completed professionally.
